I just wanted to Thank You and Joseph for such an incredible job in preparing our home for the recent sale. Not only did you provide the renovations in a timely and economical manner, you were also able to come in below our budget which is no easy task. Our house sold for within 2% of what we were asking.

You and Joseph need to take a lot of credit for making this happen with the combined creative staging and renovation touch ups. I can admit now that I was skeptical of the whole staging concept, however know that I have experienced your magic. I have no problem in referring you to anyone in the future.
