“To manage a ‘lobby redesign’ project in a Strata Complex is not an easy task. A Designer has to take into consideration the purpose and needs for the redesign and your presentation to the owners at the Special Meeting helped us to bridge some of the differences between owners.

This was achieved by the two design boards that you did for the owners to vote on during this whole process you were congenial, dedicated, never tiring and constantly working towards a successful completion of the project we under took, you as the designer and us as committee members, under the watchful eye of our Strata Council.

Louise, you are truly a professional and we thank you for helping make our eleven year old lobby as modern as many of the newest towers around us. From our experience we would not hesitate referring you to anyone wanting to undertake a project of this magnitude.”
