The modernization of a rental property.

This property was purchased as an investment, but it needed upgrading to obtain the optimum income. The owner had a set budget and we employed a series of creative and cost-effective solutions.

• A new kitchen layout was designed involving the replacement of all the units, countertops and appliances
• A high quality durable laminate flooring was introduced in the living room, which was carried through into the kitchen and hallway, creating a large and seamless living space
• In the bathroom, the vinyl floor was removed and replaced with quality tiles
• Bathroom wall tiles were cleaned and painted to create a fresh new look without the cost of replacement
• A new vanity was installed with lighting and a mirror, and new fixtures and baseboards were installed throughout
• Thorough redecoration with quality materials was a priority due to years of cigarette smoke discolouration.
